  • The Eagles will not be going to the Super Bowl this year, and as a result, sports merchandisers and cops had nothing to do last night. On the bright side, we won't have to endure the Tampa press again disparaging Philly fans.
  • Michael's not the only Nutter with an entourage, as proven by the posse adorable Olivia rolled into her first day of school with.
  • Three teens were killed and three others critically injured Saturday night when the car they were riding in on American Street at Cecil B. Moore Avenue was rammed by another car coming in the opposite direction. The driver of the other car, 27-year-old Presley Hanif, jumped out of the car and ran, but was arrested yesterday afternoon.
  • We're sad to report that Milton Street is no longer running for mayor, but happy to report that he is running for City Council-at-large—against his own nephew! Which means a lot of relatives of mayors and former mayors will be on the May 15 ballot (May 15 being, as the Daily News helpfully points out, the day after Milton is scheduled to stand trial on federal corruption charges). Besides Milton and his nephew Sharif, there'll be W. Wilson Goode, the son of former Mayor Wilson Goode, and Bill Green, the son of former Mayor William Green.

  • Speaking of odd thefts, somebody apparently stole two gauges containing radioactive material from a Stroudsberg, PA job site. Officials say the gauges, if handled uncovered, could potentially expose people to dangerous levels of radiation. So, if you're the thief, keep that in mind.
