Even a blinding sun couldn't warm the cold February air around the Waterworks Restaurant.
There's a new restaurant opening in the city, in what's perhaps a rather unexpected spot: the Engine House at the Fairmount Water Works, below the Museum of Art. In fact, the Water Works Restaurant is really re-opening, after 25 years. It's all part of the renovations of the Water Works, which was built in 1815 as the nation's first municipal water works. Apparently the Water Works Restaurant is already taking reservations for dinner Friday night, so get moving if you want to be one of the first to try it out.
