Before we get to our Dog of the Week, an event announcement! The Raven Lounge, 1718 Sansom St., will be hosting another PAWS happy hour tomorrow night, from 7 to 10 p.m. Editor Jill and this Phillyist attended the last happy hour, and it was a grand ol' time. No cover charge, drink specials, door prizes, and best of all, money being raised to help out shelter animals in need. A portion of the evening's proceeds will go to the PAWS Lucky Fund, which finances medical treatment for adoptable shelter animals with treatable medical conditions and injuries. (These animals would otherwise be put down.) And rumor has it the Suicide Girls may be making an appearance at 10, and they may also be donating some of their proceeds to the Lucky Fund.
