How To Eat Like A Grown-Up...Even if You Have a Baby

So after one too many meals on the couch, my husband and I searched our souls and decided it was time. Anxious and unsure, we took each other by the hand, laced up our “fancy” sneaks, and took the plunge.

So just what is it that makes Thai food special? Most likely it is the combination in each dish of the four basic flavors -- sweet, sour, salty and spicy. It’s because it helps elevate the Philly food scene to where it belongs by using all of the aforementioned ingredients of a successful dining experience recipe. Revered by Food and Wine, Jose Garces is recognized as a maverick Chef in this area and has been a local darling since El Vez. The Michael Klein sighting last night confirmed it even further.
