Phillyist was running a work-related errand about an hour ago and noticed something particularly odd. Several cars double-parked on the left side of Chestnut Street between Broad and Twelfth, all with their doors/trunks/tailgates wide open. People were unloading suitcases, comforters, ironing boards, and other various and sundry items that one might expect during college dorm move-in. There is a U. Arts dorm right there (next to the Olive Garden), but seeing as it's nearly October, we're not sure that the timing meshes up. Any of our readers know what's going on?
