Starting tonight, have a fling in Fairmount. From Thursday through Sunday the neighborhood is a francophile's delight, with activities scheduled each evening in honor of Bastille Day. Looking for something to do before checking out the King Tut exhibit at the Franklin Institute? London Grill, in the art museum area, wants to serve you an authentic meal before you step into the golden age. The restaurant will offer special dishes and drinks, inspired by traditional Egyptian cuisine, every evening until the exhibit completes its run on September 30.

You would think we would be all Frenched out after the launch of Parisist. You, of course, would be right. But we don't like sleep all that much, so you'll see us at the Eastern State Penitentiary on Saturday. We won't be there for jail, obviously, even though mom does say we're "so cute it's criminal."
