Las Dos FridasTrying to assemble a list of the top five art shows of any year always starts with a mine field of exceptions and caveats. To start, at any given time the person giving their opinion has only seen about 5% of all available art shows, especially in a city as culturally rich and diverse such as Philadelphia, which is lucky to have so many art galleries heroically attempting to survive in an area where not too many people buy artwork. We're also lucky to have some of the best universities and colleges in the nation around here, each offering their own visual arts programs on a monthly basis, as well as one of the planet's best art museums in our own PMA.
