Movie Monday at The Troc: Let madness take its toll with The Rocky Horror Picture Show. Johnny Goodtimes will tantalize you Transylvanians before the film, and Transylvanian Nipple Productions Performance Group will perform. The Troc is located at 1003 Arch Street. Doors open at 6PM, feature begins at 7:30 PM. $3 admission is applicable towards concessions.
There is a Circle Storytelling event this Saturday Night at 8PM at Bar Noir (112 S. 18th Street), with Nicole McEwan, CA Conrad, Sean Stevens and Keith Kessler slated to entertain with their tales. Note, too, that there are a couple of open mic spots for those of you brave enough to get up and tell your own story (so long as you can do so in 10 minutes or less.).

This weekend, artists in the City of Brotherly Love will begin a series of benefit events for victims of Hurricane Katrina. The Fringe Festival Cabaret will host the first event, a FREE show featuring Fringe favorites the Brothers Suggarillo with Dito van Reigersberg, Dirty Diamond, Rich Wexler, BINGO, Lidia Kaminska, and more.
