Submitting to Photoist

Every weekday, and also on Sunday, Photoist will post a picture, and that picture could be yours! To submit a photo for consideration, just email it to us here (with "photoist" and/or "phillyist" in the subject line), or, if you have a Flickr account, join the Phillyist group and add your photo to the pool. (You can find us on Flickr right here.) It can be any kind of photo (candid shot of a celebrity, artsy pic of a famous landmark, etc.), taken with any kind of camera (fancy shmancy digital camera, phone camera, etc.), as long as you took it in or around Philly. We don't guarantee we'll use every photo you send us, but we do promise to consider them all. Things it'd be nice for you to include with your submission are:

• Your name, or the pseudonym under which you want to be credited.
• The location where you took the photograph; we don't need an address, but a general area would be cool.
• A title, and/or short caption.
• The type of camera you used.
• Your website, blog, or whatever, if you want us to link to you.
