Christmas Crossfit Craziness

CrossFit is a nationwide fitness program that combines custom workouts with equal parts freedom to exercise on your own and addictive ranking system to keep you competitive with others around America. Apparently, it's addictive and competitive enough to make the people in this video dress up like elves to do squats and burpees in public. How do you feel about all the cookies you ate now?
