Twitterist: Philadelphia In 140 Characters Or Less

twitterist-logo-small.png Today's Twitterist is @phltwestival. We covered the Philadelphia manifestation of Twestival last year, and we're happy to announce that it's all happening again: a scavenger hunt, drink specials, Twitter users interacting with one another in meatspace. This year, Philadelphia Twestival is having their fun for another good cause, Concern Worldwide, whose mission is "improving the lives of the world's poorest most vulnerable people." The "Search for Concern" scavenger hunt will take place in Old City and includes some excellent drink specials at the event's venue sponsor bars, National Mechanics, Triumph Brewery and Sugar Mom's.

Since the fundraising event later this month will be organized, promoted, and executed via Twitter, @phltwestival is a perfect fit for Twitterist. So what are you waiting for? Get your team together and buy some tickets!
