What's new and/or interesting in TV this week.
Dr. Seuss' How The Grinch Stole Christmas! (Mon., 8 p.m.- 8:30 p.m., ABC)
We acknowledge no Grinch other than the 1966 Boris Karloff classic. Sure, maybe we have it on DVD, but everyone knows it's just not the same unless you catch it on TV proper. It's followed by Shrek the Halls, a (duh) Shrek-based Christmas special, making tonight a green-dude two-fer of holiday cheer.
Hoarders (Mon., 10 p.m.-11 p.m., A&E)
The second season premieres tonight, making us all feel a little better about that collection of Garfield mugs from McDonald's that we can't use or bring ourselves to get rid of.
President Obama Address (Tues. 8 p.m.-???)
President Obama will address the nation, causing a great many grown adults to throw tantrums when their favorite shows are pre-empted. (Ahem...guilty!)
The Biggest Loser (Tues, 9 p.m.-11 p.m., NBC)
We're down to the final four: Liz, Danny, Amanda, and Rudy. Tuesday, the players run a full marathon as their last challenge. A weigh-in will determine two finalists, and a viewer vote will decide the third. Who are y'all rooting for? We're a little partial to Amanda, because we're always a little partial to cute blondes from the East Coast. Also, look for appearances from Season 7 winner Helen Phillips, and runners up Tara Costa and Mike Morelli. Even given the recent controversy about the show, we still can't wait to see how this pans out.
Christmas in Rockefeller Center (Wed., 8 p.m.-9 p.m., NBC)
Watch the Manhattan tree lighting from the comfort of your couch. The 77th annual celebration is hosted by Jane Krakowski from 30 Rock and Zachary Levi from Chuck, and features musical performances by The Roots, Shakira, and more.
Glee (Wed., 9 p.m.-10 p.m., Fox)
So, um... We have to be honest—we don't like this show. But you all seem to, and it's new this week. Enjoy. (NB: If you want to volunteer to write a more enthusiastic episode preview, please do. If it's good, we'll add it to the column.)
Private Practice (Thurs., 9 p.m.-11 p.m., ABC)
Tonight's two-hour episode replaces the normal 9 p.m. snooze-fest of Grey's Anatomy, and focuses on Addison's daddy issues, Sam and Naomi's daughter, and Dell's wife and daughter.
Muppets Christmas: Letters to Santa (Fri., 8 p.m.- 9 p.m., NBC)
We're not overly fond of post-Jim Henson Muppets. This 2008 special is definitely no Muppets Christmas Carol. But it's...acceptable.
Dollhouse (Fri., 8 p.m.-10 p.m., Fox)
Two all-new episodes, back-to-back... to begin the slow march toward the end of the show. (The show was canceled, but Fox is airing the rest of the new episodes, two each week until they're through.)
If we're not talking about what you're watching, leave a comment!

Oh Jen, how can you not like GLEE!!!!!!!?????
Sorry, I tried! I even watched the one with Kristin Chenoweth, thinking that'd be the ideal one to see.
i love liz. her little southern grandma thing makes me giggle. don't want her to win, though. danny all the way!
Her accent IS super-cute. And yeah, I love Amanda because she's from Jersey, but I expect Danny to win. He's already lost so much weight. Dude is BEAST.
