  • Let the bike enforcement showdown begin.
  • The penalty phase in the trial of John "Jordan" Lewis, who was found guilty of murder in the first for killing Philadelphia Police Officer Chuck Cassidy, is set to begin. The jury will decide whether to sentence Lewis to life in prison or give him the death penalty.
  • Three men, including one from Newark, Delaware, have been charged with hacking Comcast's website in May 2008. The hack caused anyone who tried to access their Comcast e-mail or voicemail to be redirected to a message saying "KRYOGENIKS Defiant and EBK RoXed COMCAST sHouTz to VIRUS Warlock elul21 col 1 er seven." Is that even English?
  • The sixth-ranked Villanova hoopsters squeaked by George Mason in the Puerto Rico Tip-Off thanks to freshman Isaiah Armwood's three-pointer with 13.3 seconds to go.
