Alright, there's no Phillies game tonight, so tonight is a good opportunity to un-glue yourself from the television and see what's going on in Philly before tomorrow's Game 5.
- The multi-talented Andy Chase brings his mellow rock Brookville (MySpace) project to the North Star (2639 Poplar St.) tonight, supporting indie trio The Postmarks (MySpace). Local outfit Roomtone opens. 7 p.m., 21+, $10.
- Hey, remember Sister Hazel (MySpace)? They had that catchy-ass song back in the day. Well, they're still around—with a new album, even. And they'll be at World Cafe Live (3025 Walnut St.) tonight, with local rockers Parkwright (MySpace) opening. 7:30 p.m., all ages, $25.
- Singer-songwriters Ernie Halter (MySpace) and Andrew Hoover (MySpace), and Melissa Polinar play the Tin Angel (20 S. 2nd St.). 8 p.m., 21+, $10.
- Tonight's Quizzo is at: El Camino Real (1040 N. 2nd Street), starting at 9; Fergie's (1214 Sansom Street), starting at 9:30; Liberties (705 N. 2nd St.), starting at 9; and Rembrandt's (741 N. 23rd Street), starting at 9.

Brookville rules and if you prefer your alterna-pop with hooky melodies, jangly guitars, and just a touch of synthesizer, be at the North Star tonight. Same goes for The Postmarks, whose lead singer is like Zoey Deschanel/Dolores O'Riordan/Lily Allen HOT . . .
