Hey there, readers!
We know you're out there. Our Google Analytics statistics tell us so. But even when we specifically ask you to leave feedback, we find that sometimes, you don't. We figure it's maybe because you don't want to register to comment on Phillyist. And so you lurk, sometimes sending us anonymous tips or shooting us an email. But we know that's not as much fun as fully engaging with other commenters, and indeed the Phillyist staff, and so today we're rolling out a new way to comment without having to register: Facebook Connect. When you see a post on Phillyist you'd like to throw your two cents toward, click on the comments bubble at the end of the post, and then, instead of logging in with your Phillyist info, click "Connect with Facebook" and leave comments without giving Phillyist any of your contact info. Plus, your comments will feed to your Facebook wall, for your friends and family to see.
Registered commenters with Facebook accounts can actually integrate the two, as well: after you connect to Phillyist via Facebook, sign out and then log in to comment from your Phillyist account, like you always did. If you're still logged into your Facebook account via their interface, you'll be asked whether you want to share your comment there, too.
Go on. Do it. Leave a comment. You know you're tired of hiding under that bridge.

Testing 1, 2, 3. Is this thing on?
SWEET.
Yay! Plus, cool image.
I'm a fan. It's in Seattle, so more fitting for our Northwestern sister site, but it was appropriate for our purposes. :)
Just watch out, because you gotta pay the troll toll to get out from under the bridge.
@Ross: Somehow, that's not as funny as the source material.
@Amy: It was the image that came up when I searched for "troll" and "bridge." Convenient!
Actually, you have to pay the troll toll to get to that boys hole.
Artemis, did you write boy's soul? i thought i said boy's SOUL.
Fun. Both the image and the new comment thingy.
