PAWS Dog of the Week

The third annual PAWS Mutt Strut will be held on October 31 at FDR Park. Show off your favorite canine companion, or meet and strut with a PAWS dog in need of a forever home. All money raised goes to support PAWS's incredible, life-saving work. Click through for details and registration!

Shelby (ID# A08385944)

Shelby is a big-eyed young (10 to 12 months old) Pitty-terrier mix who is currently in foster care but needs a loving forever home. She's a medium energy dog who loves treats, squeaky toys, and people—not necessarily in that order. She spent some time at the PAWS Adoption Center before going into foster care, and she really enjoyed hanging out in the window there and watching the outside world. Shelby doesn't really like cats, so she shouldn't go to a home with felines, but she seems to get along fine with male dogs.
