- Camden chief operating officer Theodore Z. Davis has resigned from his position. No reason has yet been given for the resignation.
- Greg Wade, the former president of the Philadelphia Home and School Council who pleaded guilty in May to stealing $115,000 from the organization, was sentenced to 11.5 to 23 months of house arrest followed by 54 months of probation. Members of the parents' organization are decrying the sentence as being too light.
