It's that time of year again: kitten season. That means that young kittens need foster care until they're big enough to be neutered/spayed and adopted, and older cats in Philadelphia's shelters are at even higher risk for euthanasia because of lack of space due to the deluge of kittens. PAWS gives these animals a chance at life by getting them out of the shelter and into caring homes. If you've thought about becoming involved as a volunteer or foster parent, now is the time. (If you have specific questions about fostering, you can contact PAWS's foster coordinator Robin at robin@phillypaws.org.) And as always, your thoughtful donations help keep PAWS able to do its fantastic work.
And don't forget, the Phillyist fosters are available for adoption!
Bonnie and Clyde
Bonnie and Clyde are bonded 2 year old bengal siblings. They are both fixed, litter trained, front declawed, and up to date on their shots. These two are extremely affectionate, both with each other and with humans. They get along well the resident cats and dog in their foster home. This beautiful, friendly pair will bring a lot of warmth to a forever home.
If you'd like more information about Bonnie and Clyde, e-mail their foster mom at pawsfelines@yahoo.com.
