A steaming hot pile of our favorite things from around the internets.
- Uncomfortable plot summaries. Our favorites are the original Star Wars trilogy. "A New Hope: Religious extremist terrorists destroy government installation, killing thousands. Empire Strikes Back: Boy is abused by midget, kisses sister, attempts patricide. Return of the Jedi: Handicapped mass murderer kills septugenarian, is lauded." (Via)
- This is a wrong thing: "Public schools in Tennessee are filtering access to online websites discussing lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender issues, but are not blocking sites advocating 'reparative' therapy to change their lifestyle."

- Terminator Salvation will indeed carry a PG-13 rating, making it the first film in the franchise not to carry the R rating. Disappointing!
- The guy who wrote Pooh's Heffalump Movie, Evan Spiliotopoulos, has been hired to write Wanted 2. Um... what? We went on IMDB and checked his filmography to see if Heffalump was just a fluke, but in fact he writes that kind of stuff pretty much exclusively. WTF?
- "Eight police officers serving with Scotland's largest force listed their official religion as Jedi in voluntary diversity forms." Furthermore, "About 390,000 people listed their religion as Jedi in the 2001 Census for England and Wales. In Scotland the figure was a reported 14,000." Good to know their fire hasn't gone out of the universe!
