PAWS Cat of the Week

Now through May 4, PAWS Prints, an exhibit and sale of animal photographs to benefit PAWS, will be running at Le Virtù Restaurant, 1927 Passyunk Ave. (map). (We recommend you go to Le Virtù, though—yummy authentic Italian fare, and the restaurant donations a portion of all alcohol sales to PAWS.)

Captain Ernesto (ID# A04397152)

Ernesto is a lively, cute 1 year old. He could stand to go on a diet, but he's got a ton of energy and personality, and he loves to play with his toys. He's also a big fan of naps—what cat isn't?—and will curl up on anything soft, including piles of paper if you happen to leave them sitting in the middle of the floor. Ernesto is comfortable with other cats, but he should go to a home without dogs. He's a lovely, friendly guy who's up to date on his shots and has been neutered, so he's all set for a forever home!

Also, make note of Ernesto's ID number above, and bring it with you when you go to the adoption center. Adoption hours are Mon.-Sat., 11 a.m.-7 p.m., and Sun., 11 a.m.-6 p.m.
