Asshole of the Week

Our Asshole of the Week winners are of course always assholes, but sometimes they are helped by both stupidity and incompetence. Which makes our job easier. So, cheers to you Steve Russo! The delightful Russo, age 36, hosted parties for his 16-year-old son in the basement of his home, providing beer, liquor, and a stripper pole for his teenage guests. The kids, also our special brand of young and dumb, took pictures and posted them on Facebook.

Following a tip-off to a teacher, police investigated and discovered that Russo was even more of a miserable sad sack. The pictures revealed Russo as an active participant with the Bacchists-in-training, touching and kissing the cheerleader-outfitted girls. He encouraged his young guests to “Get up on the pole,” and regaled them with “sex stories about all the girls he has been with.” The second floor of the house had a room code-named “The Cave” especially for getting it on.

All this happened while Russo’s other son, only four years old, was left alone in his bedroom, even after he wet the bed. Just so you understand, it isn’t as though Russo didn’t have rules. Everyone in attendance was required to spend the night—just so they didn’t get into trouble. What a relief.
