- This Cinematical post has a video that doesn't seem to work and some posters we already showed you, but we're linking to it anyway because it also mentions a book called Deathtroopers, which looks to be the first Star Wars horror story. The author says, "I've tried to make it into exactly the kind of book you'd want to read if you were a child of the 70s who grew up with the original Star Wars trilogy and really digs horror in the vein of The Shining and Alien, with a little dose of William Gibson mixed in." Holy crap! You're speaking our language, dude! We need to check that out. Here's a cool poster-sized ad for the book to further whet your appetite.
