- The 10 most disappointing games of 2008. We have to sadly agree with the inclusion of Star Wars: The Force Unleashed. We'll give that game another try one of these days, but so far it's nowhere near as cool as it looked like it was going to be.

- Ooh, ooh! Bootleg video of the Wolverine trailer! Watch it quick before it's gone. It's pretty awesome. We love Wolverine's last line there. We hope he's just as bad-ass when he hosts the Oscars.
- Check out a very lengthy trailer for Star Wars: The Old Republic. (Apparently it's actually the first installment of a video documentary.) Many huge promises are made. We'll see how many they actually deliver on.
- A bunch of preview pics from Warner Brothers' 2009 films, including Sherlock Holmes and Where the Wild Things Are.
- Cinematical has lots of tantalizing news about geek movies: the villain for Iron Man 2 has been chosen, but won't be announced until later; Guy Ritchie says Sgt. Rock's script is done, it will be set in WWII, and it will feature Easy Company; and solo movies for Magneto and Deadpool are on hold until the studio sees how well Wolverine does.

- Tom Cruise might reprise his role from Tropic Thunder in videos, or maybe even a feature film.

- Another good reason not to use Internet Explorer: versions 5 through 8 have a bug that allows attackers to execute malicious code on your machine under certain conditions.
- Star Trek will be released simultaneously in conventional theaters and in big-screen IMAX theaters on May 8, 2009.
- Sci Fi Wire has exclusive cover images from Marvel Comics' upcoming miniseries, War of Kings, which tells the story of a cosmic war. (Marvel could have given them some better quality images, though. Jeez.)
- An unofficial World of Warcraft restaurant has opened in China.
- The Movie Blog has picked an alternative dream cast for Dragonball: Evolution.
- A December 18 release for the Wii Rock Band 2 has been confirmed.
