Steve Martin is a god among men and although I have heard that his remake of The Out-of-Towners (an all-time classic) is lousy, I still want to watch it (yet I still haven't). Come on, The Pink Panther was great! I would like a dam-burrrrrggggeeerrrrr!!

Lene: I think I really need to give A Tale of Two Sisters another viewing. It's quite possible if I gave it more attention and thought, it would make more sense to me. I still think the remake is going to blow, though. :) Angela: Don't give in to the Dark Side!

I generally think Steve Martin is a god among men, but that Pink Panther movie was terrible. Probably won't stop me from watching the sequel on DVD at some point though.

A Tale of Two Sisters is one of my favorite Korean movies. I agree it is hard to understand, but that leaves it open for discussion, much like the ending to the French movie Cache. I welcome remakes and I'm looking forward to The Uninvited. American remakes tend to be dumbed down in their story. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
