- According to a recent poll, the internet is now the most trusted news medium. Which slightly disturbs us (what part of the internet are you relying on, exactly?), but which we're mostly okay with. The result from this poll that does leave us completely horrified and depressed about the future of humanity is that Fox News is the most trusted TV news source. WHAT?! Fox News? The most biased news channel ever created? We... how... ARGH!
- You may be aware that a little movie called Twilight came out this weekend. Here are some Twilight-themed cookies. The sequel is already officially on its way. And here's a vampire quiz in honor of the movie.
- Astoundingly, yesterday Doctor Who celebrated its 45th birthday. In honor of this occasion, the BBC opened up its archives, and fans posted a bunch of tribute videos on YouTube.

- Mila Kunis has signed on to star in The Book of Eli, the upcoming post-apocalyptic film starring Denzel Washington as a man traveling across the ravaged lands of America trying to save a sacred book that could save the future of humanity. Kunis will play a woman chosen to betray Eli but who ends up joining him on his quest instead. Gary Oldman signed last month to play somebody else looking for the book.
- Spielberg and Smith's new version of Oldboy would be based on the original manga, not Park's film.

- Harmonix is being sued for supposedly selling flawed drum kits with the original Rock Band. The complaint reads: "Due to a design defect, the bass drum foot pedal (which is an integral component of the Rock Band drum kit) fractures under ordinary and expected usage, thus rendering the pedal inoperative."
- Game|Life gives Left 4 Dead a very positive review.
- The Darkest of the Hillside Thickets are finalists in the Indie Music Awards. You can vote for them here.
- Geekadelphia covers Video Game Expo 2008, which was at the Pennsylvania Convention Center this past weekend.
- The NRDC (Natural Resources Defense Council) finds the Wii to be the greenest console of them all!
