MK v. DC: "Heroic Brutality" is officially the lamest thing I've ever seen.
While I definitely see your point, I think it's an almost necessary solution to the problem of including characters who don't kill in a Mortal Kombat game. I'd actually forgotten that they did that when I was watching the video, and as Batman's finishing move was coming up, the comic book geek in me protested loudly: "But Batman would never kill!" So when he then, in fact, did not kill anyone, I actually felt better.
But the lameness emphasizes the point that characters who don't kill should never be integrated into a Mortal Kombat game.

Good point. They should have gone with Mortal Kombat vs. Marvel Universe. Wolverine has always been totally okay with killing.
