INDYHALL LECTURE #4: IP FOR INDEPENDENTS
Independents Hall, in keeping with its mission to serve as the hub of Philadelphia's coworking community, is hosting this lecture by Frank Taney, chair of the Information Technology Litigation Practice Group at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC. This lecture aims to inform those who often find themselves in a situation in which their intellectual property is on the line. Coworking is one of the most powerful ways to encourage community and innovation, but it's important to understand the legal ramifications of your work. It's just as important to know how to protect yourself as it is to learn how not to step on someone's legal toes. Learn how to maintain the legal integrity of your contributions to the Philadelphia coworking community without stifling that cooperative innovation at this free lecture!

Manny's on South Street is still our favorite, probably because those half-price margaritas help bring out the kink in everyone. $150 in kinky prizes can be yours if you out-sex your enemies.

HOW MUCH: No cover, but bring some dough to try out their respectable assortment of beers on tap.
