<description>&lt;p&gt;I guess you have the phone records of both the guy on the sidewalk and in the blue car? Neither of them leave the scene until police arrive, and one appears to be on the phone. I personally wouldn&apos;t involve myself in an assault involving a knife and I would recommend any other unarmed person do the same, the Philly PD isn&apos;t looking to turn one victim into two.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
