PAWS Dog of the Week

Also, this Saturday, October 25, PAWS will host its Second Annual Mutt Strut at FDR Park in South Philadelphia. All proceeds from the Mutt Strut support PAWS's lifesaving efforts, so grab a four-legged friend and register for the Strut!

Que is a 2 year old Pitty mix. With that adorable underbite of his, he might have some American Bulldog in him. Que is a medium energy dog and he'll need some training, but he's eager to learn and responds well to confident direction. And, Que is very much a love. Some volunteers took him to the Schuylkill River Park Festival last Saturday and was great with everyone he met, as well as with other dogs—including a two-pound baby Chihuahua!

If you'd like to save Que, e-mail natalie@phillypaws.org. The adoption fee for a PAWS dog is $40, plus an $8 city license fee if you live in Philadelphia. The fee includes spaying/neutering, which will be performed before your new companion comes home with you, and microchipping. Also, make note of Que's ID number above, and bring it with you when you go to the PAWS shelter, which is located at 111 West Hunting Park Ave (map).
