Sorry we're late but here's the scoop on a couple of tonight's goings-on.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY HARRIS MALDEN
Well, happy premiere night is more like it. This debut feature-length comedy from Drexel alums Sweaty Robot will be screened tonight on Drexel's campus free of charge. Happy Birthday Harris Malden focuses on a faker of facial hair and the complications of letting someone live a lie. Drama it is not, but you can expect these locals to bring the funny. The filmmakers—Philly natives all—will be taking questions after the screening. And with previous showings at CineVegas Film Festival 2008, Austin Film Festival 2008 and Woodstock Film Festival 2008, these guys are excited to show their work back home.
