• Barack Obama will be all over Philly tomorrow, with rallies in four neighborhoods.
• A very emotional meeting took place last night between Chinatown residents and Foxwoods executives over plans to build a casino in the neighborhood.
• In City Hall at 11AM today, Philadelphia Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey will promote twelve officers to the rank of sergeant. The event will include the posthumous promotion of Officer Patrick McDonald.
• The Inquirer takes a closer look at the local shooting case that involves NFL star Marvin Harrison.
• A 27-year-old Delaware County man was arrested this week and charged with numerous counts of theft, receiving stolen property, and criminal mischief after a three-month investigation by police departments in Philadelphia, Delaware, and Montgomery counties. Police say the man ripped plumbing from urinals and toilets in 15 area fast-food restaurants over the summer.
