• Police are seeking a rapist who assaulted a woman in a party bus parked at Lincoln Financial Field during Sunday's Eagles game.
• Albert L. DiGiacomo, the Chester County chief of detectives, has not been seen on the job in over a month, and no one seems to know why.
• The Inquirer has more information on that rather horrific road rage incident that took place on I-76 Sunday night. The Daily News takes a look at the same incident, as well as another which took place on Saturday night in Upper Darby. In both incidents, children were present.

• During a press conference yesterday where Mayor Nutter was announcing his new ethics task force, reporters asked him about the Goode/Bryant controversy, but he (rather wisely, we feel) refused to weigh in on it.
• A Holland, Bucks County, man pleaded guilty yesterday to operating a $3 million asylum-fraud ring and laundering the proceeds.
• Perhaps unsurprisingly, there was a rush to register to vote in the region yesterday, as it was the deadline to be registered in time for the presidential election.

• Yesterday federal prosecutors asked the judge presiding over Fumo's corruption trial to bar Fumo from boasting to the jury about his legislative successes and the money he has brought to the Philadelphia region; they called Fumo's record during his 30 years in Harrisburg "totally irrelevant" to the case against him.
