A Puzzle for Philly?

A reader let us know in the Contribute section about a puzzle whose pieces seem to be strewn about the city, and which point to a Flickr photo pool with instructions to "Shoot. Upload. Solve." We haven't seen any of these puzzle pieces firsthand yet. What about you guys?
