- At least some of the images included in Microsoft's "I'm a PC" ads appear to have been produced on a Mac. D'oh!

- Cinematical has what appear to be images of the new version of Megatron, plus Megan Fox's audition tape from the first Transformers movie.
- Word is that 25 minutes of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince will be in 3D IMAX. The 25 minutes will be split between the opening and the finale.
- More info on the next Bond movie, delivered via interviews with Daniel Craig and Marc Forster. It seems the famous Bond catchphrases "Bond, James Bond" and "shaken not stirred" will not appear in the film. Meanwhile, we can expect the video game version on November 4th.
- A couple of geek movie tidbits: Universal has passed on Tintin, leaving Steven Spielberg and Peter Jackson to scramble for a new studio to financially back them. Also, Frank Miller says he's close to starting Sin City 2.
- The official Fable 2 Achievements have been unveiled.
- The metareview of Wario Land: Shake It! reveals some mixed feelings about the game.
- The results are in from the Xbox Live Rock the Vote poll, and Obama/Biden took the top spot with 43%, versus McCain/Palin's 31%. That leaves a sizable 26% who picked "Other."
- Rockstar says the Wii didn't feel like a natural choice for the Grand Theft Auto franchise, but the DS did.
- Halo developer Bungie recently updated its official website with a post and image teasing a new game.
- Astro Boy has a release date, and it's October 23rd, 2009.
- Avi Arad, the founder of Marvel Comics' film studio, has optioned the rights to a film based on BioWare's hit video game Mass Effect.
- Game|Life helpfully culled out the ten most shocking Xbox revelations from a recent, extremely long interview with Peter Moore.
- Apparently a portrait of Warren Ellis graces the pub wall on a set for the new superhero comedy No Heroics.
- Two new characters have been revealed for Castlevania Judgment.
- The Movie Blog picks the 10 most talentless people in movies.
- Julie Taymor-backed Spider-Man Musical could be up and running as soon as next year.
