What's new and/or interesting on TV this week.

The Olympics (All week, 8PM-12AM, NBC)
Apparently this whole thing is still going on, even though Michael Phelps already won every single gold medal he possibly could have.
Into the Unknown with Josh Bernstein (Mon, 10PM-11PM, Discovery Channel)
This is the opening episode of a new series which, as you might already have guessed, is hosted by Josh Bernstein. First up, Bernstein investigates the true story of the Roman gladiator, to see how it differs from the Hollywood version (turns out, a lot). Elements included are gladiator training and everyday life.
Kung Fu Killer II (Mon, 10PM-12AM, Spike)
Holy crap, does this sound awesomely bad. David Carradine and Daryl Hannah star in the story of a lounge singer who gets kidnapped and thrown into the sex trade. But luckily, kidnapped along with the singer is the classmate of a martial artist, who naturally sets out with his protege to rescue them both.
Ghost Hunters International (Wed, 9PM-10PM, Sci-Fi)
We're not usually a fan of this show, as it seems to consist almost entirely of a bunch of people running around in the dark saying, "What was that?" a lot, but this time they're exploring Dracula's castle, and that's pretty cool.
The Works (Thu, 10PM-11PM, History Channel)
A look at the history of tattoos, including how they are designed and applied, the development of inks and tattooing devices, and their applications in a variety of fields, such as law enforcement and medicine.
The Cho Show (Thu, 11PM-11:30PM, VH1)
Oh, boy. Now there's a reality show that follows Margaret Cho. In the first episode, she's conflicted about accepting an award for Korean of the Year. Her parents are thrilled, but she feels misunderstood by the Korean community. Meanwhile, her wardrobe and makeup stylists fight over how to dress her for the big event.
Discovery Project Earth (Fri, 9PM-10PM, Discovery Channel)
Will TV save the world? Maybe! This is the first episode of a new series in which a group of scientists and engineers offers radical plans to save the planet from climate change.
Animal Witness (Sun, 10PM-11PM, Animal Planet)
The first episode of a new show about investigators solving crimes with the help of animals. First up is an examination of the Michael Vick animal cruelty case, which follows the rehabilitation and recovery of the pit bull dogs who were trained to fight.
