Maybe He Should Have Tried Libpooz

Daniel Rubin's column today features the unfortunate plight of one Dr. Herman I. Libshitz, a retired radiologist and Philadelphia native. The doctor and his wife recently sought to upgrade their dial-up AT&T service to high-speed DSL via Verizon. The reason? Contained in his name is the first of George Carlin's seven dirty words. Because Verizon seems to think that everyone applying for an account with them is a twelve-year-old schoolboy who titters at every obscenity he hears, the sixty-nine-year-old doctor, to whose name Verizon doesn't seem to object when they send him his bills, is currently relying on a dial-up connection, 1999 style. Libshitz's plight got us to thinking, though: what other names might Verizon flag and forbid from service? Do your best in the comments!
