It should never be 74 degrees when you leave for work in the morning. Ever.
PHILADELPHIA'S LARGEST SINGLES KICKOFF TO SUMMER PARTY
We can neither confirm nor deny that Meet Market Adventures is a good idea. We're not here to advertise or criticize. However, we do appreciate the efforts of any group that tries to lube up the lonelier locals with some booze, food, music, and prizes. It's hot as hell, so we hope you rocked your uber-powerful antiperspirant (because no deodorant should have to work that hard). Remember: the catches of the day, on both sides of the gender line, will be the ones pacing themselves and wearing a look on their faces like they wish hadn't let their friends drag them to another dumb singles event. If those people find one another, true love may yet be found at this Market.

AN ACTION PLAN FOR THE CENTRAL DELAWARE
Interested in design, development, city planning, local government, or free refreshments? Then you're in luck! Tonight PennPraxis and the civic associations with whom it has been working will unveil a 10-year plan for the waterfront that aims to leverage fully the many possibilities such a resource offers. You may (not) remember our having mentioned this to you last year, and this presentation serves as the fruition of that beginning. Deputy Mayor For Planning and Economic Development (who has little real estate left on his business card after adding a title like that) Andy Altman is a confirmed guest, and the Mayor himself may even show up. It's a good chance to get a sense of what you can expect from the waterfront in the coming years. And a good chance to get a free cookie!
