- Michael is looking to put some teeth back in the city planning commission, which has largely been a powerless body for some time now.
- The Pennsylvania Intergovernmental Cooperative Authority approved Michael's five-year spending plan even though there were some questions related to income to be generated by the casinos that will (probably?) (maybe?) (who knows?) be built in the city, as well as income from skybox rentals at Lincoln Financial Field.
