New York descends on the Philly music scene tonight in the form of three acts. Headliners Crooked Looks, Renminbi, and The Everybrothers hail from NY and are joined by Philly's own Rotosonic, a reggae outfit. Crooked Looks has an intense shpiel on Skin Radio that does the job of whetting your sonic appetite very well. Also, bring your dancing legs.

CADILLAC BROADWAY SERIES: DEFENDING THE CAVEMAN
Men and women have been lamenting one another's apparent ignorance of, well, one another, for eva eva. Defending the Caveman comes to the Kimmel Center tonight and, according to Variety magazine "couples who were seen arguing before the show, stroll out into the night holding hands." If this is, in fact, reliable information, then it cements Defending's reputation as a potent elixir for any relationship.
