<description>&lt;p&gt;Was just at Effie&apos;s (11th-ish and Pine), and their garden courtyard is great. It&apos;s tucked away, so you don&apos;t get the traffic or (much of) the exhaust, and there&apos;s a little fountain. Very easy going. &lt;/p&gt;</description>

<description>&lt;p&gt;Sorry I don&apos;t have any good suggestions for you as I cannot understand why people insist on sitting on the car-exhaust-filled streets of Philadelphia to dine. 

My alfresco dining of late has been about a four hour plane ride south of Phila. But I&apos;ll be back soon to partake in the pollution. &lt;/p&gt;</description>
