TelePhillyist
What's new and/or interesting on TV this week.
Daily Show with Jon Stewart (Mon, 11PM-11:30PM, Comedy Central)
The Daily Show is always a great time, but tonight the guest is Scott McClellan, former White House press secretary, recent author of What Happened: Inside the Bush White House and Washington's Culture of Deception, and current center of political controversy. Should be interesting!
Verminators (Mon, 10PM-11PM, Discovery Channel)
The reality show about exterminators! In this episode, they return to a former client to get one last rat, de-roach their favorite restaurant, and help a lady with bedbugs and another couple whose artwork is being eaten. That thing about de-roaching your favorite restaurant brings to the forefront for us a problem with being an exterminator that we'd never considered before. Ugh.
Fear Itself (Thu, 10PM-11PM, NBC)
The first episode of a new horror anthology series features four criminals snowbound in a spooky fort with three seductive women who harbor deadly secrets. Maybe one of them will turn out to be the Crypt Keeper??
Modern Marvels (Fri, 8PM-9PM, History Channel)
This time we're looking at highly dangerous things, such as the deadliest snake in the USA, tornadoes, and Washington's Mount Rainier.
Doctor Who (Fri, 9PM-10PM, Sci Fi)
This episode is called "The Doctor's Daughter." Know what it's about? The Doctor's daughter! The Doctor, Martha, and Donna end up on the planet Messaline where the Doctor's DNA is used to create a daughter while a war rages between humans and the Hath.
When We Left Earth: The NASA Missions (Sun, 9PM-11PM, Discovery Channel)
This series telling the history of the space race opens with a look at the first, unsuccessful, space walks, the Gemini missions, and the nine astronauts involved. There's plenty of archival footage, of course, as well as interviews with Gene Cernan, Gene Kranz, and Buzz Aldrin.

What channel is the NASA thing on?
Oops! Good question - I forgot to note that. It's the Discovery Channel.
