We haven't sent you out into the open mic world for a little while, so you should be chomping at the bit to present some of those new acoustic masterpieces to the world. We suggest downing a few to take the edge off, but not too many. Then, you'll be "improving," which might not turn out "so well."

MOVIE MONDAY AT THE TROC PRESENTS: JUMPER
You should consider catching the flick. It came in at number 10 on our Most Anticipated Movies of 2008. Which means, of course, that if it's good, we should be given credit for it, and if it sucks, you should forget all references made herein thereto. Don't bring us down with your "logic," just do as we write.

2008 PBR PHILADELPHIA ROCK PAPER SCISSORS CITY LEAGUE
Try your hand (knee slap!) at competing with some of the areas best finger-slingers tonight for a shot at the championship and the $1,000 grand prize! Presented by the Pabst Blue Ribbon Philadelphia Rock Paper Scissors City League Championship Series (or the PBRPRPSCLCS, if you're as big a fan of acronyms as they are of RPS).

WHEN: 9pm. Be aware that happy hour rocks from 5pm to 8pm and includes $2 yards pints, $1 domestic bottles and $1 off everything else.
