Art Star Craft Bazaar: Video Recap

This past weekend, the Art Star Craft Bazaar took place on Penn’s Landing. With over one hundred artists from around the country, this Bazaar was easily the biggest and best yet.

Despite the not-so-great turnout on Saturday (it poured early in the afternoon for an hour), Sunday was spectacular. Lots of people, beautiful weather, a random Coast Guard helicopter, and gorgeous crafts. This Phillyist was on scene with a digital camera, snapping photos and taking little videos.

Some of our favorite crafters at the Bazaar, who you can catch waving in the little movie above, included Danielle Alliman and Timmy Smith of Spin The Bottle who make wonderful plush octopus creatures, Leya Williams of Curious Bird and her adorable owls, and Diane Koss of Cutesy But Not Cutesy with her… well, cute-but-not-cute monsters.

Check them out, they're all wonderfully gifted, local Philly crafters. We can’t wait for the next craft show!
