We're trying to bring you a better Monday than you're used to, but sometimes it's difficult to have fun on a Monday, even if you find something interesting to do. That's why we propose that Monday be altogether stricken from existence. We know that Tuesday would take its place, but it would be several generations before Tuesday took on the meaning for posterity that Monday holds for us now. Then, they could just bring back Monday, making it the new Tuesday. We think this sort of rotation would keep things fresher and prevent the pall Monday brings from blanketing the masses the way it so often does.
GAME SHOW TRIVIA AT SLAINTE
Why not learn something new tonight? Don't worry, it's nothing too profound, just game show trivia at Sláinte. This bar across from 30th Street Station offers $1.75 domestic pints and $2 well drinks, ensuring that you'll get drunk enough to argue with the host that his answer is stupid and wrong, and your answer is actually correct, despite pesky things like "the facts" or "rationality."

Author Richard Brinsley Sheridan probably never expected what To the Wall Productions would do to his play, but you can expect one hell of a drag comedy from them. Classic theater, contemporary production. If you find drag off-putting, you risk missing out on one hell of a show!

SUBARU CHERRY BLOSSOM FESTIVAL OF GREATER PHILADELPHIA
As we mentioned a few days ago, this walking parade will include a Mayoral proclamation and musical and dance performances on the Avenue of the Arts. It should be a good time and a great way to give the cold weather the hint that it is no longer welcome in our city. Presented by the Japan America Society of Greater Philadelphia (whose site about the event may still be down).
WHO: Anyone!
WHERE: The Avenue of the Arts (map)
WHEN: From 4:30pm to 6:30pm
