Got the Shivers

Mass Shivers' stated intent: "to create a sound that induced human convulsions in large groupings." We were about to say their second full-lenth, Ecstatic Eyes Glow Glossy, didn't induce any convulsions in us, but we're listening to it as we type this, and we're twitching back and forth and up and down in a pretty alarming fashion, so maybe they're onto something after all. Crazy infectious, mesmerizing, tribal beats and licks form themselves into some seriously fantastic indie rock on this record. Check out the kick-ass first track "Womanizing Metal Studs" and see what you think. Pretty awesome, right? And Mass Shivers will be performing as part of a packed bill this weekend at Danger Danger Gallery in West Philly. So go forth and enjoy!
