Harvey Dent Campaign Hits Philadelphia
It's been a few weeks since we've introduced a new writer to you, but another joins us today. Eric Smith is big around the Philadelphia Internets, editing both UWISHUNU and Geekadelphia. Somehow, he's able to make time for us, too, and for that, we're grateful.

Two weeks ago, we mentioned the arrival of The DentMobile, part of The Dark Knight's viral marketing. Hitting up various locations throughout the country, the I Believe In Harvey Dent campaign visited Philadelphia just this past weekend. The campaign's location hadn't been updated at the time, so it was a welcome surprise, seeing that DentMobile parked just outside Liberty Place, passing out stickers and t-shirts.
It's an interesting thing, walking to work in the morning, finding yourself barraged with multiple requests that you register to vote in Pennsylvania. The walk up Chestnut or Walnut becomes a gauntlet of people who are passionate about their politics. Don't get us wrong, this is definitely a good thing. However, with the elections, primaries, caucuses, and other complicated political happenings that are occurring, most of which we don't understand, it's certainly nice to have a laugh—and Harvey Dent's people provided that.
He's a great political candidate for Gotham(ist?), until his transformation into Two/Face, second only to John McClane, who just recently threw his hat into the presidential race.
Anyone else catch The DentMobile while it was in town? We certainly scored some good stuff; scope it out after the jump. That over-sized pin will be sticking onto this Phillyist's messenger bag for quite some time. Show us your swag!
