It kind of makes me wonder: Every item that you listed from that big auction in Las Vegas is a stage, movie, or TV prop except for one of them.
Or are they all just props??
Actually, more than one of them is not a prop; the article seems to be stating pretty clearly that the gun, the badge, and the paint brush are all "real."
