Starbucks may be closed for three hours this evening, but have no fear! Dunkin' Donuts to the rescue!
About an hour ago, Dunkin' started serving up small lattes—of any variety—for 99ยข. They'll keep slinging the discounted caffeine (or decaffeine) until 10PM or closing time – whatever comes first at each individual franchise.
While you're down there, you may want to try out one of those new Flat Bread [sic] sandwiches they've started selling over there. We've been drooling over them for a while now, but we made the mistake of checking out their nutrition information on the Dunkin website (don't do it!), so call us Pavlov and pass the salad while you munch on your hot sandwich with turkey, bacon, and cheddar. We'll try to keep our drooling contained – and ourselves caffeinated on cheap lattes.

You and your boyfriend are coffee whores.
With all the quality locally owned coffee houses and coffee roasters, why are either of these Mc Coffee vendors worth covering here?
Pencopal, I don't even drink coffee! I'm just reporting the news!
And it's worth reporting because there are a few dozen Starbucks and Dunkin' Donuts in and around Center City, where a large part of the local population works. I totally support local chains whenever possible, but when someone has five minutes to grab a cup, it's a lot easier, sadly, to run to the McCoffee chain in the lobby. So it's good for said people to know when coffee will be unavailable and/or cheap.
Is this the wrong time to mention that McDonalds is giving out free burritos on Thursday and Friday?
What can we say, we have bad taste!
I'd like to thank Jim for helping me pick my breakfast this Thursday and Friday.
You're welcome! Sadly, however, it looks as if the burrito isn't free during regular breakfast hours.
