Today is not a snow day for us here at Phillyist. We are still working hard to bring you the best the city has to offer. Well, maybe not that hard. But we're still busier than ever today, so here comes your first lean helping of Can't Miss This, Lite! Lite as in brief, but also Lite as in, all about drinking! As for the children, well, word on the street is that you get out early today. So enjoy that. Some day, you will grow up and spontaneous fun will become a fond but distant and fading memory.

That's right, folks. Cheapy-cheaperstons everywhere, rejoice! $5 pitchers and slashed prices on many of their oddly named beverages (do we really want an Aspen Hummer?).Oh, and free soup with your meal, too. Sounds like a recipe for not hurting bar revenues by staying in due to inclement weather!

The New York natives bring some jammy tunes to Philly tonight. We don't condone drug use, so we can neither confirm nor deny the idea that a joint would enhance your experience of their show. But it's another bar! So drink! This one is for the center-ist of Center City dwellers.
