He said something like "Show me where the law where the IRS can levy and collect taxes". I was going to scream. First all, numbnuts, the IRS doesn't levy taxes, the Federal Government does. The IRS is just responsible for collection of those taxes. Second of all, if I may quote from the US Code, TITLE 26 > Subtitle A > CHAPTER 1 > Subchapter A > PART I > § 1 *ahem* "section a: There is hereby imposed on the taxable income of [every married person] ... [chart of taxes] section b: There is hereby imposed on the taxable income of [every head of household] ... [chart of taxes] section c: There is hereby imposed on the taxable income of [every head of single person] ... [chart of taxes] " Unless Milton is neither single, married, or a head of a household, I think it clearly states he has to pay income taxes.</p>
